If you don't activate Plus, your site goes offline, but we delete nothing: we keep your content and you can reactivate it with Plus anytime.
What does unlimited mean?
Normal use without restrictions. You can upload thousands of photos and create hundreds of pages. We just ask for reasonable use — not as a file storage service.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No commitment, no penalty. If you cancel Plus, your site goes offline, but we keep your content and you can reactivate it anytime.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. You can create your website completely free without entering payment details.
What happens to my domain if I don't renew it?
We email you before it expires. If you don't renew, the domain becomes publicly available again and someone else could register it. That's why we recommend renewing in good time.
Can I transfer my domain to Palimpalem?
Yes. If you already have a domain with another provider, you can transfer it to Palimpalem. We'll guide you through the whole process. Just write to us and we'll do it together.
Does the email work on my phone or with Outlook?
Yes. All mailboxes support IMAP, POP and SMTP, so you can use them with any email app: iPhone, Android, Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail. There's also a Webmail to access it straight from your browser.
Do I need my own domain to have email?
Yes. The email service always runs on your own domain ([email protected]). If you don't have one yet, you can register one from 13 € a year.
