Under appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, Palimpalem may terminate accounts that infringe the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties.
We respond to well-founded notices promptly and seriously. We do not require the notice to be submitted by a lawyer.
2How to report an infringement
If you believe your intellectual or industrial property rights have been infringed on a website hosted at Palimpalem, please send us the following information:
1. Rights holder identification
An unambiguous statement, signed (handwritten or digital), confirming that you are the rights holder or have authorisation to act on their behalf. Please provide proof of the right or of your representation.
2. Description of the work
A detailed description of the work and the rights you consider infringed.
3. Location of the content
The full URL of the page(s) within Palimpalem where the alleged infringement can be found.
4. Contact details
Your name, address and email so we can reply to you and, if applicable, notify the affected user.
3Response times
We review every notice personally and generally respond within 24–72 business hours. Urgent notices (immediate takedown) are processed as soon as possible.
4Privacy note
Important: By submitting an infringement notice, you agree that your contact details may be forwarded to the user whose content is being reported, so they can exercise their right of defence.
