Yes. All mailboxes support IMAP, POP and SMTP. You can use them with any email client: iPhone, Android, Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Gmail. There's also Webmail to access from your browser.
Forward (€5/year) just redirects emails to another address, it stores nothing. Mini (€10/year) is a full mailbox with 100 MB and webmail, ideal if you want to read and reply from your own address.
Storage is per individual account. In the Mail plan, for example, each of the 10 accounts has its own 3 GB, 30 GB in total. The space isn't shared out.
